01. Engagement Parameters

GraphyGlance (hereinafter "Agency"), founded and led by Founder & CEO Kartik Maheshwari, delivers specialized artificial intelligence layouts, custom vector-embedded chatbots, autonomous agent automations, and design orchestration systems.

By engaging GraphyGlance to design, engineer, or deploy AI structures, you accept these terms in full. Custom solutions are built specifically under bounded contracts outlining service deliverables.

02. Scope of Service & SLA

All intelligence deliverables adhere strictly to modular designs and autonomous execution scripts outlined in client contracts. Our typical deployment milestones are structured as follows:

• AI Web & NLP Chatbots: Complete setup, styling integration, and RAG vector population within 14 business days.
• Autonomous Agent Loops: Multi-agent orchestration, back-end CRM integrations, and secure ledger hooks completed within 21 to 30 business days.

03. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of custom front-end assets, bespoke agent configurations, and client-specific vector database mappings is fully transferred to the client.

The Agency retains copyright of base software boilerplates, core libraries, and mathematical models developed as pre-existing layout structures.

04. Safe Operational Bounds & Liability

We implement strict Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) constraints to ensure that chatbot models pull details only from verified client vectors, eliminating hallmarked misinformation.

Clients are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of primary corporate documents, API security policies, and external credentials supplied to autonomous agent pipelines. The Agency is not liable for data inaccuracies arising from corrupted corporate data nodes supplied by the client.
